So who are we, anyway?
We're the Suns and we live southwest of Denver, Colorado.
Many years ago, we lived in Orlando and then Ponte Vedra... but work brought us out West in 2006.
Fast forwarding many years, our son chose to attend Florida Poly. During Covid, we purchased a home so he would have a "home away from home".
Over the years, he has enjoyed the camaraderie of hosting fellow students. While everyone is focused on studies, they've also enjoyed cookouts, garage projects, pool fun, and simply having the elbow room that they need to spread their wings.
Our son has now graduated and has been working remotely for a company based in San Diego. He still loves living there in Lakeland and so he continues to host students as they finish their years at Florida Poly!
Given the success that our son has enjoyed with his Lakeland home, we purchased a home for our daughter's use during her years at Colorado State University in Northern Colorado.
We self-manage both properties to ensure maintenance quality and the timely response to the needs of our students.
