Frequently asked questions

Pets are always a tricky topic.  Currently there are no pets in the home and we're always sensitive to the needs of other residents.  If you're die-hard desperate to bring your sweet dog, let's talk.  

The living space is furnished, although you're always welcome to bring extra items for general use.  

For the mostpart, the bedrooms are unfurnished.  Let's discuss what you may need and we'll determine if we have something in storage.

A brand new washer and dryer is available for shared use.  Rumor has it that the dryer is fantastic. 

This home is owned and managed by the parents of an existing student resident.

We self-manage this property to ensure maintenance quality and the timely response to the needs of our students.

We're close to two Publix stores and a Winn Dixie.

And unlike living on campus, you'll be able to enjoy all the delivery services (Amazon, Doordash, Instacart, etc).
